Karen Bairstow, MBA, AVA Managing Partner Ms. Bairstow is the managing partner of the firm, her background includes 20 years healthcare experience including a clinical background and experience working for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. After completing an MBA from the University of Chicago in 2004 with a concentration in finance, she specialized in providing Fair Market Value (FMV) opinions for nationwide clients such as Tenet and HCA who at the time were under strict corporate integrity agreements.  Ms. Bairstow is an Accredited Valuation Analyst and a member of The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  In addition, she is a member of The Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, and the Health Care Compliance Association.
